Advanced charges (PBA’s) may be accepted. The Freight Forwarder must provide a copy of an itemized invoice for all advanced charges; however, carrier will not accept liability for collection of same. No Freight Forwarder’s advance charges will be accepted after release of the Bills of Lading, nor will any advance charges be deducted by the Freight forwarder from any subsequent prepaid shipment. Advance Charges must be shown in U.S. Dollars and are not subject to Rule 9, Freight Forwarder’s Commission or Compensation. Carrier may not pay Freight Forwarder’s advance charges to the Freight Forwarder prior to Carrier’s collection of Advanced charges at destination.
